These cozy cottages have been a hot spot for tourists and locals since the 50s and have been recently renovated with a modern farmhouse touch. Each of our private cabins has a full, functioning kitchen, bedroom with a Queen bed, and bath with tiled showers. This Cottage is extra cozy, as the bed is only accessible from one side and the bathroom is smaller than some of our other Cottages. Please review our photo album to make sure this extra cozy space is a fit for your stay. :) Quiet, downtown neighborhood with mature trees set alongside the Spearfish creek, only a few blocks from Black Hills State University and several Spearfish\`s parks! On site share hot tub!!! \*Dog friendly with approval first. \* Pet fee is $30 per trip, up to 2 dogs allowed, No CATS. you are responsible for all cleanup and damages. Not allowed on beds and furniture. Must be crated if left inside while gone from the property. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS.\* \*No smoking allowed on property\* Bedroom: Queen bed. Smart tv. We are in the center of town so there are several paths to walk the dog or take the kiddos to the park (several within 1 mile). Amenities: \-Highspeed Wireless Internet. We currently have the highest speed the VAST sells which is advertised as 1 GB/sec. \- HULU LIVE, Disney+, ESPN is available from your TVs at no additional charge! \-Kpods, and Creamer there for your enjoyment at no charge \-Shampoo, Conditioner, and Bodywash in the shower \-Bath Towels, Hand towels, and washcloths \-Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Broom, Cleaning Products \-Kitchen has dishes along with a Sauce Pan, Skillet, Strainer, Cutting Board, and Mixing Bowls. IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge. Dog friendly! However, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. What an adorable property! We arrived late evening but check in was a breeze and I couldn’t stop carrying on about how cute this small space was. Great for singles or couples. A short walk to Black Hills State University where we watched our boys run track. My favorite thing about Spearfish has got to be the rec walking paths. I got up early every morning and hit the path, which runs along the Spearfish Creek. Really lovely parks and surrounding areas. We walked to local restaurants (Dough Trader Pizza was a fave) and walked to Green Bean Coffee every morning as well. Of course, we had a visit to Mt. Rushmore - we were in absolute awe! Also spent time at the fish hatchery which was very educational, and took some time to drive the Spearfish Canyon. Highly recommend staying here as it’s so nice to unwind in a little cottage rather than having to retreat to a hotel room. ##### Carolyn B. The bed was super comfy, would’ve appreciated a small dresser or some place to unpack clothes for the trip. While the bathroom was small the shower was good sized & had a good shower head. Their complementary shampoo/conditioner/body wash was good & I ended up using it instead of my own that I had brought with. Would’ve appreciated more than one set of towels though. Kitchen had the essentials. We really only ended eating at the cottage once, so we didn’t utilize it much outside of the Kurig. Living room was good sized but the couch was not exactly comfortable, it was pretty hard. TV had excellent selection with Hulu, Netflix, ect & the wifi was good. The grounds were nice, very clean, hot tub area was super cute! Would’ve appreciated a little fire pit or a grill area though. A fenced in little dog park area would be a great addition. The pizza place near by was excellent! We ended up ordering the beat & goat cheese salad again the next day to have with our grilled steaks. Spearfish was a great place to stay to enjoy the Northern Black Hills. ##### Elizabeth C.
