Situated within a small community, Ardbrae is the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful, idyllic feel of the Highlands. Whether you are walking the Great Glen Way, exploring the surrounding area or simply looking to sit back, relax and unwind Ardbrae has it all. Ardbrae is a four bedroom property and sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom is spacious with a super king bed and walk in wardrobe. In addition, the master has a en-suite with a bath tub and a balconete area which faces onto Nevis Range. The second bedroom can either be set as a super king or two single beds with en-suite shower room and a double wardrobe. The walk along the canal path is lovely. The only complaint is that during our stay the large (larder) fridge was not working, which made storing perishable food for our party of seven challenging. The property is better than described. The photos don't do it justice. Spacious and comfortable. All 8 of us (3 generations) enjoyed 5 days without tripping over each other. The views from the balcony and the living room are wonderful. The area is quiet, with plenty of options for short hikes to the canal/locks, or through the hills. It had an amazing location, amenities, and plenty of space for our whole family to relax after days in Edinburgh or hiking and exploring the Glencoe area! Key factors that set it apart!!!!
