May 20, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### außerordentlich tolle Lage, aber mit Renovierungsbedarf Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch - direkt am See mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die in relativer Nähe liegende Straße ist fast nicht zu hören. Aber - insgesamt ist das Haus modernisierungs-bedürftig. Es wirkt einiges wie aus den 70er Jahren. Die Bäder sind veraltet, an der Badewannenverleidung stehen Schrauben raus, da besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Auch ein paar Silberfische waren zu Gast. Auch das Küchenequipment müsste teilweise erneuert werden. Es gab kein scharfes Messer, keinen Lappen, keine Geschirrtücher. Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber, aber der Stoffüberwurf über dem Bett und auch die Oberseite der Rückenlehne des Bettes waren foch arg verstaubt. Für den Preis hätte man mehr erwartet.
