The Neighborhood: Tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, our townhouse is a chill place to get away from it all, but you're still close to everything fun in Spartanburg. It's super peaceful, great for just kicking back, but you can easily get to all the cool stuff the city has to offer. Check out the restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby—they're just a quick drive or a nice walk away. You get the best of both worlds: a relaxing spot and the convenience of city living. Getting Around: Located just a short distance from downtown Spartanburg, our townhouse offers convenient access to local attractions. Explore dining options, shops, art galleries, and the Farmers Market, all within a few miles. Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the premises, including a garage. The Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. For those arriving by train, the nearest Amtrak station is in Spartanburg, offering convenient connectivity. Other Things to Note: PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: \-Parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles, depending on size: \-2 vehicles in the driveway \-1 vehicle in the garage \-Please park only in the garage or driveway. \-Do not park in the driveways of other units without prior permission. \-Street parking is never permitted per local zoning rules. \-Oversized vehicles, including U-Hauls, RVs, and moving trucks, are not allowed in the driveway. \-One garage door opener is provided for your use. \-This must be left inside the townhome at the end of your stay. \-Failure to return it will result in a $150 fine.
