I love the location, close to Converse University. We were there to visit our daughter who plays softball there and it was a weekend of games so the house was a good space for us. I think that it would be beneficial to have more seating out back if you are going to have 2 spaces sharing that common space than 2 chairs and 1 table was not enough. We enjoyed sitting outside after dinner and having coffee in the morning and had to bring the chairs from the front around back for just our family to be able to sit. Being less than a mile from my uncle's house made it the perfect stay for us. Be aware that the bedrooms and laundry area require a steep staircase climb, which will only present an issue if you are physically impaired. The property owner provides ample supplies and instructions for your stay, and is easily contacted if additional information is needed.
