« Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again! »

« Have been running a canoe trip weekend for over 40 years and we are getting too old for the whole tent thing. House is perfectly located for water activities and how can you beat fishing right from the backyard? »

« Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. »

« From turning into the driveway, we loved it's peace and isolation on a very private driveway just down the road from Bethel Woods. The property is spacious and well-maintained, and we were sad to have to leave after the second night since it was off the beaten path in a beautiful area!It was comfortable & more like a cottage than hunting cabin, nice amenities! I wish we'd picked this place earlier to take full use of the property. *We may reserve it again sometime in the future if another...

« Had an issue with the Internet when we arrived. The maintenance people cut the cable coming into the house when they were cutting the grass. It was hard to work while I was there as I expected to have Internet access. Eventually it was fixed but it took a few days. Aside from this the house was pleasant and the kids loved the pool and basketball court. »

« Janet and Doug’s house is so Beautiful! They have decorated everything so nicely and all the little things make a wonderful home. They supply EVERYTHING you need down to the toiletries!! Well stocked kitchen, blankets for the puppies…Everyone felt so comfortable and relaxed! »

« Had a great time during our stay and loved the proximity to Narrowsburg restaurants and shops! The games were a lot of fun to check out and kids loved the bunk beds. Property was very clean. The owners left us farm fresh eggs and even gave us a succulent to take home. Would recommend! »

« We had a great stay at the house! Pool was heated which was great for a cold weekend. Hot tub was also working and a nice place to relax. Renovated bathrooms with nice showers and comfortable beds. The home was very private but only a 10-15 minute drive to Bethel Woods if you are in the area for a concert. Host had clear communication and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was good. Would definitely recommend! »

« Everything was fine. We left the machine running in the living room because we didn’t know what that was. We weren’t ready for all of the mosquitos but other than that it was wonderful. Thank you. »

« Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....
