« Un accueil trés sympathique, chaleureux et un personnel qui a été au petit soin durant notre séjour. La chambre est belle, le lit confortable, il y a une petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire ce qui est sympa pour se sentir un peu chez soi en se faisant une petite infusion avant d'aller dormir. La chambre est climatisée et gratuite. L'hôtel est situé à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport de Bourgas et à 3 min à pied d'un Lidl et d'un Kaufland. Concernant les points négatifs : dans notre chambre la...

« Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur. »

« The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing. The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine. The breakfast is poor and not good. The swimming pool is really nice. »
