"Sharon was an excellent host. Her property is unique, located in the center of Springdale amongst idyllic settings with the majestic red mountains as backdrop. The cottages are very well maintained. Sharon is a wealth of information, and very attentive to her guests. The location is very ideal for some of the great dining options nearby, taking the bus into Zion, renting ebikes or Narrrows equipment etc. This property has an excellent arrangement with Oscars next door for a sumptuous breakfast....

"We liked staying in Tropic...only a few miles from the entrance gate to Bryce Canyon. The town is very small but there are several small restaurants and a grocery store very close to the Bryce Canyon Inn. Our room was very clean and the ladies at the check-in desk were very friendly. "
