"Need to re-mount shower curtain rod in room 317. The curtain rod mount is in drywall and loose. Causes curved curtain rod to shift downward, thus the shower curtain gathers in the center and pulls away from both wall at either end. This causes water damage to walls and drywall is becoming soaked every time shower is used. Wall bellow tub is damaged. "

"When I checked in, My room had a bed that was not made. The desk clerk immediately and politely got me another room. Marriott is always a first class facility and this was no exception. Very clean and comfortable."

"The food served by the hotel's restaurant was pitiful and extremely expensive. For 3 little cups of squash soup with no toast, no crackers or even croutons and 1 drink and 1 soft drink it was $72.00. The hotel doesn't even have a vendor machine where you could by a drink or a bag of chips. They probably didn't notice the sky resort is closed and people who go there this time of the year doesn't expect snow neither those kind of prices. "

"The property had a decent view, but was a distance away from Bryce Canyon. Property was well maintained, but it was a duplex on the main highway going through town. It was barely on the outskirts of town. Advertising was somewhat misleading. Guest services had very limited hours, 3PM to 9PM daily."
