"My daughter & I stayed at this lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. It was nice to have an elevator to get our stuff up the stairs. Everything worked great in the condo. My daughter loved the big soaker tub. It was a great location to get to Tuacahn from. We spent a majority of our day at the “waterfall” pool. It was perfect. The kitchen is stocked well. The king size bed was really comfy. The view on the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed the selection of DVD’s but were also able to use the streaming...

"Sharon was an excellent host. Her property is unique, located in the center of Springdale amongst idyllic settings with the majestic red mountains as backdrop. The cottages are very well maintained. Sharon is a wealth of information, and very attentive to her guests. The location is very ideal for some of the great dining options nearby, taking the bus into Zion, renting ebikes or Narrrows equipment etc. This property has an excellent arrangement with Oscars next door for a sumptuous breakfast....
