"Everything was fine until we where leaving. The elevator was not working. I had just had back surgery a few weeks ago. With the elevator I had to go down four flights of stairs. It hurt me so bad that I was in so much pain that i could hardly walk. We ended up leaving and going home. We had planed on spending the day shopping and enjoying are selfs. "The property was undergoing renovations. Only one entrance. Room was nicely located by the elevator because of my handicap mother "

"Great stay. Every staff person I talked to was so nice and professional. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very quiet considering it was almost booked up. Its also a short drive back to Frankenmuth in the morning. "
