"Barrow Lodge was a a great place to stay for our golfing vacation to visit Tralee and Ballybunion golf clubs. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed and goodies in the room like tea, water, coffee, sweets and fruit. Great views and right on the water. The host Clodagh is a wonderful person, a breath of fresh air; she is incredibly kind and generous and very helpful in providing tips on where to eat at night and making reservations. "Exceptional service, nicely-appointed rooms, and excellent breakfast and dinner fare. The grounds are also lovely, with a walk down to a cove. Note that the hotel is on the opposite side of the inlet from Inchydoney Beach, but there is a small beach 0.8 mi down the road. Highly recommended (and far preferable to staying in town, we thought)."
