I have stayed at several hotels in my time and this place has it figured out. From the front desk, to the waitress at the restaurant, shuttle driver and security guard. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area or anyone with a loved one visiting the Houston medical center. Keep up the good work! "

"Near a Kroger Walgreens restaurants at walking distance and near by parks to take kids if you have any. It was excellent 👍 no construction while we were there April 28. Front staff was accommodating and hears one out! Breakfast space was very decorated and food was an okay variety. Will come back again when in Houston "

"Had stayed at this location many times before. This time was under new ownership. Pleasantly surprised to find minimal changes in presentation and managing. The location is near several restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit, walking distance. Look forward to staying here again soon."

"I liked that there was a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were pretty good quality. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that the hot breakfast items were not kept hot enough and some items were under cooked. Overall, a good stay. "
