"Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. The kids loved being able to explore the park and find all of the playgrounds and even did some possum spotting inside the park. The pools were clean and the warm pools were a hit...

"Everything good except check in was clunky. Arranged to arrive after hours and collected directions to room, except the room allocated was already occupied. Couldn’t contact host as his phone was turned off, so after waiting in lounge room for an hour, I ended up just finding a vacant room and crashing in there for the night. "This booking was a last minute one as we had to travel to Albany for a funeral. The managers were VERY accommodating and allowed us to check in early so we could get ready after driving down. The room was perfect and very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! I wished we were able to stay longer and for a better reason but we will definitely be back and will try to score a vacancy here if we are lucky enough."
