With our guest\`s privacy being of the utmost importance, we have established a contactless self check-in process. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access the home at the time of the reservation.  
  
However, if there is anything you need or of concern during your stay with us, we can be easily contacted.  
  
This unit is on the 5th floor and is in a building that does not have an elevator. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit.  
  
Please note that this building was built in 1920 and has limited insulation causing noise to sometimes pass easily through the units. The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours. The entire building observes a quiet time between 10:00PM-8:00AM which includes running your laundry as to not disturb the neighbors.  
\-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive.  
\-This building observes quiet time from 10:00PM-8:00AM and you are not allowed to make excessive noise or run the washer/dryer during those hours because of the noise it makes. This building is over 100+ years old and the walls are thinner than modern walls  
\-No pets are allowed in the unit. You will be charged a $400 Pet Fee if you are caught with a pet in the unit  
\-No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee
