The location was close to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, etc. The South Harbor town itself was really cool and you could walk to virtually everywhere including restaurants. Our host was great. Included within the "apartment" she included recommend places to eat (breakfast and dinner), places to have a cocktail, etc. This is a really nice touch that many VRBO's do not include.
