"We spent a week vacationing along the coast of Maine. We stayed in B+Bs along the way. This property was in a good location in the heart of town. The property was old and had minimal staff and services - all to be expected with a mid-priced B+B. It was a good value for the money and we enjoyed our stay. PS - Maine’s coast is amazing and we had a great vacation in Kennebunkport, Camden and Bar Harbor!"

"Honestly, we were concerned to be staying in a motel. But we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The check in and check out processes were simple and efficient. The free catered breakfasts and canteen with free waters, soft drinks, etc. was nice. Communications from the staff were timely and helpful. We highly recommend this property. "

The reason for the 4 stars is it is definitely an older property (1950s) and the beds were super firm. We plan to go again but try the individual canins. we found the beds super firm. "The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was for convenient to downtown restaurants, and close to a hiking trail. I wish I had done more research on the particular room we stayed in. I thought we were staying in the main house, which I liked the aesthetic of more. The Rocklynn is basic in comparison. But that's my own fault for not doin the research. "

"My husband and I just spent an amazing week at Fabiola’s property with our dog. The space itself was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved the private beach access and the fenced in yard for our dog. The location was perfect for all of our hiking and exploring. Fabiola was such a great resource for suggestions and recommendations and was always very responsive. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!"

"The bath towels were of high quality but not white. It is a pet peeve of mine that when I use a common use towel I want them to be white so that they can have the ever-living daylights bleached out of them between guests. I did love that little gas fireplace. The furniture could have been arranged slightly different with two comfy chairs and a coffee table looking out over the harbor instead of the dining table which got almost no use from us due to the amount of really great food in walking...
