« Hôtel de standing très bien situé près du Bart (sorte de RER) à Oakland (12th street) à environ 15 minutes du centre de San Francisco Beau studio avec belle salle de bain. Tres bien équipé.Très bon petit déjeuner.Personnel de service et cuisine très sympathique et prêt à aider Bémols : pas de lave linge dans le studio mais une laverie PAYANTE en libre service dans l hôtel. La personne qui a fait le check-in pas du tout aimable. Au final : Bon point de chute à San Francisco. Oakland est une ville...

"Hôtel merveilleux au cœur de San Francisco. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville , situé proche du cable car. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois et accueillant. Check in et Check out rapide. Notre chambre était impeccable pour notre famille de quatre personnes. Peignoirs et chaussons à disposition. La piscine chauffée et jacuzzi avec vue sur la ville, est un gros plus. Dans un espace dédié à la propreté irréprochable. Si nous revenons à San Francisco, nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésitation. Je recommande fortement, l’hôtel Nikko. Le quartier est très agréable et aucun soucis avec les homeless."
