Tucked away at beautiful South Harbour Village Marina, this is the perfect place to unwind. Relax on the peaceful balcony overlooking the waterway, stroll to one of the nearby parks, or spend the day kayaking or boating with easy access to launches and transient boat slips. Located within walking distance to two restaurants (Italian & seafood), just minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes to picturesque downtown Southport, this is a perfect home base for exploring all the area has to offer.   
Featuring a queen bed and a pull out sofa for extra guests, this well appointed condo is cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable getaway.

Clean, beautiful room.Everything was here that we expected, and a lot more.We didn't. Two great restaurants within walking distance and beautiful views. Didn't really want to go home.

My stay here was great! The house was very clean and put together. Tiffany, the host, was so kind and easy to communicate with during our stay. It was so nice to be able to contact her with fast responses back. The only downside is the parking. There is designated parking for people staying in the complex, although there are no parking passes or anything to show for it. This means almost every night when we got back from shopping, eating, or anything we had no where to park. One night we had to walk from the park up the road due to all of the surrounding parking being full as well. The only thing I would change is how the complex deals with parking, whether this be by parking passes (you are only allowed one vehicle), or even giving the license plate to them upon arrival so they will know which cars are meant to be there. People are eating at Rusty Hooks and do not care about parking signage because nothing is done to them for parking in the complex parking - with the quite large signs saying only for shmu members.
