A cozy and bright home! This home is right off Long Beach Road, between downtown Southport and Oak Island.   
  
Step inside to a spacious living room filled with natural light from large windows, featuring soft, comfortable sofas and a smart TV-ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar with seating, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for family dinners or entertaining friends.  
  
The home offers three peaceful bedrooms designed for comfort and rest. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with soft linens and stylish décor. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, providing ample space for relaxation. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a fun twin bunk bed.  
  
The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower/tub combo and fresh towels to make you feel right at home.  
  
Outside, enjoy your private, fenced backyard oasis complete with comfortable outdoor seating, a wood-burning fire pit-perfect for cozy evenings roasting marshmallows under the stars-and a grill for alfresco dining. It’s a wonderful spot to gather with family and friends or simply unwind in the fresh air.  
  
For your convenience, Southport Sky includes an in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. Beach days are made easy with 4 provided beach chairs and boogie boards. Plus, the home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join the fun.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.  
  
If you are bringing a dog, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog.  
  
Limit of 2 dogs with a combined weight of no more than 80 lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies. If more than 2 dogs are brought, a $500 fee will be charged. If no pets are listed on the reservation but a pet is found, a $200 pet fee and $500 remediation fee will be charged.  
  
All iTrip properties provide a complimentary "First Night Essentials" bag, ensuring you have everything you need upon arrival. Unlike many local rental homes, beds are made with fresh sheets when you arrive, so there's no need to strip them at the end of your stay.
