Southold Waterfront with Boat Dock, Boat Ramp, Hot Tub & Beaches

Enjoy the beauty of Long Island's North Fork right here at our vacation house in Southold. Enjoy fabulous water views, boating, beautiful beaches, hiking, bicycling, discover wine country and so much more! Summer stays go from Sunday to Sunday or you can visit on weekends all other times of the year.
Our waterfront vacation home has a beautifully situated outdoor hot tub (on year-round), a large deck overlooking the water, a large flat yard, a waterside fire pit/patio with firewood provided, an outdoor shower, a park style charcoal grill, a gas grill and a quiet front porch for relaxing. Inside there are 3 full baths (a Jacuzzi in one of them), 4 large bedrooms, a fully stocked and beautiful kitchen and an open floor plan, WiFi, central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. The upstairs master bedroom has an outdoor veranda which overlooks the water. There’s plenty of room!
You can hang out on the deck and have a family BBQ. Play yard games or go for a ride on your boat right from the floating dock. If you bring your boats or watercrafts you can use the boat ramp that is right in the back yard. Feel free to use our kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle board or paddle boat.
The house is also located on a private gravel road with literally no traffic. You can rest assured that you and your children can safely walk to the beautiful bathing beach which is a short block away. Not only can you relax while watching the boats going by, but you will also find the most amazing shells of all kinds. Your kids can safely play and explore the beauty of all Southold has to offer!

What an incredible home, photos do NOT do it justice!!! We are local to Long Island and stayed with a group of friends for a wedding. Every single one of us entered the house and our first reaction was “wow” The inside was light, new, clean and adorable and plenty of space and beds for a group. The location was incredible with a plethora of wineries within 5-10 minutes.And of course, the backyard was exceptional! The house had several outdoor seating areas from the outdoor fire pit with firewood provided to a large deck. The house was also stocked with outdoor games for adults and children. The men in the group enjoyed a game of cornhole while the girls chatted over complimentary champagne on Saturday afternoon. Really can’t recommend it more, and certainly hope to be back!

Such a cute place! We had a quiet weekend here and everyone raved about what a great place it was to stay rain or shine. Perfect stay for north fork weekend

The house and property were perfect for our group of friends to visit the north fork for a weekend. Lots of beds and bathrooms, and beautiful spacious indoor living area and kitchen. Outdoor space was wonderful! Deck, hot tub, firepit, osprey nest just across the water, front porch, and beach a short walk away. Southold is a great little town with lovely restaurants and the perfect central location for visiting wineries. Owners were great to work with, very quick to respond to messages. Loved it all! Thank you for sharing your home. We would live to return again.

Well located 4 bedroom house on Cedar Beach Creek

Well stocked house with outside jacuzzi tub, kayaks, gas grill, more than ample beds, baths and kitchen utensils. A.C. worked well. Kitchen and dining area were very useful. Need to provide non-plastic (real) dinnerware and cups/glasses for the price point for this house. Lack of cable tv was inconvenient. Owner very helpful with communication and check in and check out process excellent.

Absolutely beautiful, made so many everlasting memories!

This property was even more beautiful than in the pictures! We are 5 young 60 year olds who made the most unforgettable memories in this beautiful house with the most beautiful waterfront backyard. We were so comfortable with all the space and furnishings and the kitchen was very well appointed. We had to see a couple of wineries and have a few meals on the water but we couldn’t wait to return to this beautiful, well maintained property! Hanging together with a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset was spectacular! Mike was always available for questions, like directions on using the kayaks! We will be back soon!

Wonderful location for North Fork fun

A group of 5 Traveling Girlfriends and I spent the weekend at this guest home. The house had plenty of sleeping, eating, and hanging out space, both indoors and outside. We enjoyed the kayaks, the deck and the wonderful location close to Greenport and being right on the water, walking distance to the beach. Just note that there are no Towels of any kind (other than hand towels) so bring plenty; you can wash them during your stay. The coffee maker is a dual - regular drip or keurig, so you can bring either. Also bring your shower needs, such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. The outdoor shower is awesome, and there are 3 more inside. It's nice and sunny, but if you prefer to sleep late, bring eye shades :) A great place for a girlfriend weekend!

Got away for a girls weekend and this was perfect. It was close to wineries, and a short Uber away to Greenport. The house was comfortable, clean, and private with enough space for all 8 of us. The outside was also beautiful- right on the water. Highly recommend!!

Great stay

We stayed here for a 50th girls bday weekend. The house was lovely and clean. Everything was perfect my only issue was some rooms were quite chilly and some rooms were quite warm. I highly rec this property. It was the coldest weekend in a long time and it was amazing. I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer as it is on the water.

Lovely, spacious house

We stayed at this property just for one night after an extended family Christmas Day celebration on the North Fork. It was just what we wanted. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our three adult sons to relax, and the four bedrooms were all capacious and very comfortable. We just used the kitchen for morning coffee and bagels, but noted that it was very well stocked! The fireplaces in the living room and master were a big plus at this time of year! The waterfront views were stunning.

Amazing stay for a wine weekend

Second year staying at this beautiful property for our annual Long Island wine weekend. We loved this property so much, we had to stay again! Gorgeous waterfront views, clean spacious home with all the amenities. Close to our favorite winery Sparkling Pointe! Absolutely perfect!
