### Historic cottage near the NoFo beach

We are renting our warm, wonderful and rustic 3 bedroom cottage in Southold for parts of July and August. We are steps from a creek to the Peconic Bay, a five minutes walks to the restaurants, cafes and shops of the main road, and just ten minutes’ walk to the jitney and train stops to NYC with airport connections. Our 270 year old home has charming details, two bathrooms and a family dining room. We have two bathrooms with one tub, and a spacious living room. The outdoor deck adds another comfortable living space with an awning for dining Al fresco. The kitchen is sunny and opens to a wooded ravine. We can sleep five comfortably. There is a large television and game collection for rainy days. The IGA is also steps away for cooking. Outdoors, we have a fire pit for late night s’mores, a kayak and bikes. Nearby beaches are stunning— yet permitted parking required (or bike!). The area is filled with wineries, foodie destinations, farm fun and beaches. Come enjoy all the North Fork offers!
