There were 3 full bathrooms, which made showering adn getting ready for 10 women a breeze. We loved the open concept in the kitchen and living rooms so that all the guests could be a part of the fun, while we were cooking, eating, drinking. We spent a day touring the vineyards and really enjoyed that the location was super convenient to the vineyards and to the Greenport center. Unfortunately, it was early spring so we didn't get to enjoy many of the outdoor ameniities but i am sure they are wonderful. We were probably the 1st renteres of the seasons so we came across a few spiders and bugs but the nothing that wasn't a normal expectation for renting super early in the season.
