Staff is very friendly and helpful. very strategic location right next to the SaiGon Centre and walking distance to some tourist sites. We have very nice view of HCMC from the living room and all the 3 bedrooms. Very nice buffet breakfast and it's 50% cheaper to purchase the breakfast directly with Hotels.com. very nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. « Fantastisk villa i tre plan med tre soveværelser og fire badeværelser samt køkken og stue/opholdsrum. Vi havde god kommunikation med vores butler via WhatsApp. Villaen ligger lidt væk fra selve reception og pool, men der skriver man bare til butleren som henter en med buggy. Poolen er placeret ved stranden. Gratis transfer fra lufthavnen. Selve området er noget “øde”, men i gåafstand ind til et af de mindre night markets og der er også supermarkeder og restauranter. Men man skal påregne en...

« Nous attendons à un hôtel, mais nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un complexe d'appartements locatifs, avec piscine, aires sportive...etc...comprend une buanderie centrale, une boulangerie-pâtisserie. Un petit commerce de proximité . La piscine proche du restaurant donnant sur le fleuve. Le tout dans un environnement sécurisé et gardé. Un planning de bus et de bateau vous amène en ville et vous ramène tout les jours. (20" du centre). L'appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé pour un séjour...

"Pas de comparaison, pas de déception. Je viens de quitter un hôtel cinq étoiles à Hanoï : dès qu’on descend de la voiture, quelqu’un vient porter les bagages, ouvrir la grande porte, on vous offre une boisson de bienvenue, et on vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre avec vos valises. À Hô Chi Minh, rien de tout cela — le service paraît ordinaire. Cet hôtel ne ressemble pas vraiment à un cinq étoiles : les équipements de la chambre sont plutôt au niveau d’un trois étoiles. Quand on ouvre la porte, seule la lumière de la salle de bain s’allume ; normalement, dans les autres hôtels, il suffit d’insérer la carte à l’entrée pour que tout l’éclairage fonctionne. Ici, non — j’ai dû utiliser la lumière de mon téléphone pour trouver la lampe de chevet."

"Notre villa 3 chambres avec piscine privée et vue sur l’océan (3512) à Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc était confortable. Points très positifs : la politesse et la grande disponibilité de TOUT le staff (Check in personnalisé organisé par la Manager du Front Office (Mrs Tracey) sous le couvert de son General Manager (Mr Carl Gagnon), en raison de mon problème de mobilité (fracture du pied). L’aide au quotidien de Mrs Minh Anh (Front office) tel un service de Conciergerie pour s’assurer que notre séjour soit parfait. La gentillesse des housekeepers (Mrs Trinh Be Diem et Mrs Hunh Thi Liên). Les jardins sont un vrai jardin botanique parfaitement bien entretenus. La qualité des plats au Buffet Restaurant est satisfaisante. Bravo à tout le personnel du buffet et des cuisines : chacun est affairé mais toujours disponible pour la satisfaction des clients-merci au Chef Mr Nguyen Dinh Lam Hung qui nous a préparé très gentiment un poisson grillé délicieux, à la Restaurant Manager Mrs Truong Dinh Bao/ et toute son équipe (Ngoc Trâm, Huy Hiêp, Hân. Le service des Tuk Tuk est très bien organisé, rapide, et gentil (Responsable des transports Mr Kiên). Une mention toute particulière à Mrs VO Như/Jenny (service des Réservations) qui a géré notre demande de report de dates de séjour (en raison d’une urgence médicale familiale) et qui nous a ensuite accompagné durant notre séjour. Les massages à Aroya Spa sont biens. Points à améliorer : room service (menu trop restreint et plats servis froids. "
