I had a hard pillow to sleep on the first night, but all I had to do, was tell the reception and it's change. Really happy with everything... "

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"Property marked incorrectly on map by Expedia. Needed local assistance to find it. Place locked up on arrival. Needed to phone for assistance. Security on room poor; small glass panels above doorlock. Any unskilled person could break glass and enter. No security box. Only cold water available on first and last day. Shower head leaking spraying water everywhere. TV and set top box unable to be plugged in, sockets not accepting plugs. Fridge not working."

The breakfast had a few nice options and location was convenient for accessing night market, restaurants, and other things around Duong Dong (eg we went on 3 island tour and was easily picked up)."
