Mais draps tachés. Assez calme même si on entend la voie rapide qui n'est pas loin. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres Le sol de la chambre était sale avec des traces. Les joints de la baignoire étaient très abîmés. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Les prestations ne sont, pour moi, pas a la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. L'hotel est à 1.4km de l'arrêt de métro le plus proche ce qui est assez gênant lorsque l'on souhaite visiter la ville. C'est un hôtel plus adéquate pour des déplacements professionnels. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Bref si vous souhaitez profiter au maximum et rapidement du centre de Madrid cet hotel n'est pas fait pour vous.
