Really excellent hotel with a good location and view of the harbour area . The staff are very friendly also and helpful . The pool ( I heated ) area is really nice

the hotel is in a good location. The room appeared clean, but my friend and I both have strange bug bites from our visit. We can't swear that it came from the room, but suggest that you check everything thoroughly.

Great. Location, if you have a car. Public transit is limited, (other than the upper town bus) but friendly and very helpful. Not all hotel staff know about the free bus to the upper town, which runs regularly.

Ok but Golfe Hotel better
No WIFI to speak of Central location to port , 15 min walk to more happening historical center. Bed mattress hard , hurt my back, service staff put in pad which helped a lot. Good service when hair dryer broke and soap gel missing, brought items in a snap. But here is the bottom line: why stay here for $100 euro more over the Golfe Hotel where we also stayed? It’s four minutes additional walk to the circle center, and you get free breakfast, free bottle of wine, and a welcoming bottle of water which you don’t get here

Dear client, We’re very sorry that your experience with us wasn’t good enough, ours teams truly try their best to satisfy you as quick as possible. About our mattress, we never had any complain about it, as I told you most of our guests really appreciate it. The different prices between the hotel you mention and us is about the room size : about 17m² in them, 25m² in Costa Salina. Moreover, our location is in front of the sea with the salt marsh and mediterranean garden behind, plus our swimming-pool which is much bigger (230m²). All of these details can be seen on every websites with map, pictures and prices. We do not know the politic of welcome kits in other places, as for us, we had problems in the past by offer bottle of alcohol so we don’t do this anymore. About the bottle of water, a carafe is available at the bar of the front desk 24/24. We’re part of an ecological program called "RISPETTU" so we try to discourage the use of little plastic bottles. We really understand if your precedent hotel was better by your point of view. We really hope that you will enjoy your next stay in our beautiful island with them.

Happy camper
We stayed there for three nights and everything was great. Friendly staff, very nice room, very close to the port and 10 mins walk to Porto Vecchio city center. Pool area is wonderful. Very good 3 star hotel.

Three night stay in Porto vecchio
Hotel is well situated in port about a ten minute walk to the old town. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel has plenty of free parking and the hotel gardens and outdoor pool areas are spectacular. Hotel great fro exploring local beaches and coves so a car is a must.not much going on in the hotel so had drinks etc in local bars and breakfast were expensive at €9 for one piece of bread,one chocolate and one plain croissant plus drinks. Overall a nice hotel but a bit pricy

Great hotel
Stayed here for a week and thought it was great. Room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and lunches by the pool were a treat. Porto Vecchio's a great resort for dining/nightlife and hired a car so enjoyed visiting a number of great beaches in easy reach. Would highly recommend.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is near the marina and a 10min walk to the town. Given we stayed for 6 nights we needed to buy a kettle and coffee from the supermarket because it was not provided by the hotel. Pool towels were provided at 3 euro per towel. I think they would be better off charging a little more bit providing these basics. Other than that we were very happy with the hotel.

Immaculate modern hotel, great staff & facilities
All of the staff at Costa Salina were very welcoming, greeting you with a smile and a kind word each time you saw them. It was cleaned regularly, the pool was even cleaned every day which I have not experienced at other resorts. Air con worked brilliantly and the view over looking the pool and salt flats was beautiful. It was never crowded and a free car park for the hire car was great.

Nice hotel but careful about their extra charges
Nice hotel with good location for Porto Vecchio. Note the listing is a little unclear... you will be charged for having two people In the room and it's pretty spendy. Also charges for Pool towels so plan accordingly.

A VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL 3 star hôtel
We had a wonderful stay. It was close to the restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The gardens are very beautiful. Nice pool. The view is incredible. The personel is friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend this hôtel to my family and friends. They have nice balconies. It's worth the money we pay.

Good hotel for a base to travel around from.
We drove from the northern airport of Bastia which is a straight drive of around 2.15 hrs.The hotel is on the quayside road between the marina and the port area overlooking the beautiful bay with its steady stream of luxury yachts. It is a relatively quiet road with the traffic noise only increasing slightly on the days when the ferry came in. A short walk takes you into the marine area with its restaurants, all good and we enjoyed walking back at night along the quays viewing the luxury boats moored up. The walk to the old town proved too steep in the 38* heat but there is a road train which does a round trip for 8e every 15mins. The hotel is clean, modern with superb pool. The front balconies are warm but in the shade and overlook the bay, an added bonus as while we were there it was Bastille Day and we had a ringside view of the fireworks in the bay! The rear balconies get the sun and overlook the pool and mountains.

Pleasant hotel close to the marina
We stayed at the Costa Salina at the start of a tour of Corsica. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool overlooking the mountains. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and always did their best to assist with any queries for suggestions of where to visit etc. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection of hot and cold food. As we have travelled further we have realised just how good this hotel was - it is the best that we have stayed in by far!

Comfortable place to stay in Porto-Vecchio
A very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff. There is no restaurant (except for breakfast) but there are several within a short and scenic walk along the harbour. Recommended.

Excellent location for both harbour & town.
This was an excellent hotel. The rooms were airy & very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Whilst there are obvious reasons it is a 3* hotel due to lack of certain facilities, in all other respects it is as good as many 5* hotels in which my husband & I have stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel, with the added bonus of a lovely swimming pool & great views.

Deuxième fois que l’on séjourne dans cet hôtel très agréable, neuf et bien situé. Facile d’accéder à la vieille ville de Porto-Vecchio à pied. La piscine est superbe ,très grande et aérée. Les chambres sont grandes et plaisantes. On peut regretter l’absence d’un restaurant le soir , mais il y en a beaucoup à proximité à quelques minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner est convenable.

Très bon séjour, accueil souriant. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, 2 bouteilles d'eau offertes Je déplore néanmoins le principe d'un petit déjeuné très cher (22€ - illimité) ou à 12€ avec nourriture limitée. Pour un 4 étoiles, c'est un peu limite à mon avis. Tout le reste est très bien. Belle piscine, jacuzzi (manque un peu de bulles mais bien chauffée). Grand parking gratuit
