« The home is a beautiful row house in DC. It looks to have recently been totally renovated with lovely flooring, counter tops, appliances, hardware etc. It was very well prepared for our visit and we just had to unpack and we were on our way. It's a 3 level home with bedrooms in the "basement" area and the 3rd floor. The second floor is kitchen and living room. One concern is there is no eating area for a family sit down. « The property is as describe, home was clean and comfortable and matched the description advertised. My family enjoyed our stay and the space acomodated us all perfectly. We had all pur grandkids in one space and they had a wonderful time together. Close by is a small shopping center with a few options for a quick meal and a grocery store that is convienent for your shopping for snacks and meals at the house. All the things you want to visit are close by. Would definetly book again when we visit...

« The house was great for a group stay! Very clean and well-furnished. Not too far from a metro station. Very calm and quiet neighborhood. That host was very easy to communicate with; very friendly and helpful when we needed it, and responded very quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend this house and host and would absolutely choose to stay here again given the opportunity. »
