"This was a clean, comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view. But bring ear plugs. The walls were so thin you could hear what was going on in the rooms to your left and right, above and below. You could hear a suitcase being rolled a floor below you and 100 ft away. We stayed four nights and I was awakened by neighbors every single morning. "

"Great location. Just outside the north end of town so it was close, but quiet. Close to town and restaurants and close to area attractions/hiking. Set back just enough so that we didn't hear highway traffic at night. The grounds are great. Plenty of room to walk your dog around. "Great convenient location while visiting the area around Moab. Love the concept and a very unique stay. This is not the place to seek quiet. It is close to the highway and train track. You will hear trucks all through the night and 1 or 2 trains. The winds were high one evening and woke us due to the canvas flapping and moving. Wish it were in a better location only for the noise. Otherwise a fun glamping experience!"
