"Nice and clean "

"We stayed for a weekend. It was not perfect, but clean enough. Close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Has a small older condo feel to it. We didn’t go into the new building that sits between the two older ones. I would return. I like having the kitchenette, separate bedroom, great view of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk."

"Property is small but just right for my husband and myself. Enjoyed our 6 days - we would come back. Enjoyed fishing and sitting on deck enjoying the dolphins and birds. Did see 2 alligators in the morning along the dock. The downside there is very little closet and storage space - so don’t bring many clothes - only 1 closet to hang clothes and no chest of drawers to store clothes. Outside dining area needs a fan - can get rather hot and steamy. Enjoyed our time and enjoyed and sunrises and...

"This house was overall a nice place but there was something’s that did stand out to us that people should know before booking here. Most of the beds are rock hard, could have been cleaner, game room is every hot it has no ac, water gets very cold if multiple people are showering, the lower room does not get as cold as the rest of the house so if you get hot at night this will not be good for you. Also all the names of my guest were not given to the front gate so that was an inconvenience for us....

"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

"Plenty of room, nice location and very clean"

"Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone!"

"Nice and clean, terrific Private Screened Pool area with lots of room to entertain. Short walk to a Private Beach, where there were very few people, just the opposite of going to Clearwater Beach, where we went Saturday and it was JAMMED with people."

"We had a great stay at this property! It is very conveniently located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks. It was healing to use the jacuzzi and pool after a long day of walking at the Disney parks! The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, home theater, pool, popcorn, and the Pacman arcade. Highly recommend it, and I'd choose to stay here again on our next Disney-parks vacation."
