"Awesome hotel with great views and pools are amazing. Bit expensive and the tipping already included in every purchase is a little crazy as it gives the server no incentive to give you great service. But overall we have been coming here for years and it is a great place to relax."

"Everyone was cordial at the hotel. It was easy to check in and out. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities at the facility can’t be beat. All the pools were well maintained. Food choices were perfect. The breakfast and lunch/dinner at all the restaurants and snack bars were very good. "

"Great place for a family vacation with a kid oriented environment that will keep everyone busy. Pools were clean and well kept, rooms were comfortable and cozy with great views of the oceanfront, concierge was on point with providing local activities and setting up transportation and entertainment packages. Overall great experience and the service was good. "

"It’s our fifth time here and always it’s just great. Easy for Miami, central location but quiet. Pool areas could do with an upgrade but otherwise fabulous beach restaurant , good size rooms well sound proofed and pleasant service from everyone. We will be back soon . "
