"I really wasn’t sure how my stay was going to be at first glance. When we first checked in we discovered a group of kids surrounding our room. They were incredibly noisy. I would have to say what saved the day was the quick response of the staff. They made the stay incredibly comfortable. From the check in (I think his name was Dan, tall guy with glasses and a beard), to Chelsea who found us a new room so fast, and then the lovely man in the restaurant who opened my bottle of wine for me,...

"We requested and received an "accessible" room. The door to enter the room was/would be very difficult to open if you use a walker, roller or wheelchair. Also, the grab bars in the shower came in handy due to the extremely soft water and the lack of a shower mat. The soft water makes hard surfaces such as the shower floor slippery. The breakfast was very nice and it was great to see more options than the usual fare. "
