I was not expecting to hear back from the hotel so quickly or even a check in before 2pm. I just want to extend my thanks to the gentleman that checked me in and to your entire staff and crew for their hospitality and amazing guest service, you truly went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and I. "This was my first time in Philadelphia and wasn’t sure about the area. Rittenhouse and the hotel were fantastic. My room was beautiful and clean with added touches such as slippers and robes. The only downside side was the kitchen closes at 9:45pm and most restaurants and bars close their kitchen 9-10pm even on the weekend."
