« I had spent already a few days at another hotel in Athens. The Quality Inn is well named. People at the front desk were amazingly friendly and nice. Very courteous. The hotel is quite, it is not on a passing road or street. I slept wonderfully well. Breakfast was great (lots of choice, plenty to eat). The hotel is well kept and clean. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return there. Thank you. »
« Our check in was wonderful, the young man found us a room that gave my handicapped husband the easiest and most direct access to our room from the parking lot. The room meet all his needs except for there was no shower seat for him in the shower. »

« The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad. »
« I loved this gem of a hotel, full of history, quaint yet spacious rooms, great restaurant on premises, across the street from the ohio river and its steamboats, and walking distance (literally next door and up the street) from shops and cafes. Just wonderful! »
