Well-kept property conveniently located.
The motel is conveniently located to the major attractions. The rooms are large and well-appointed with daily service. The included breakfast is good and the staff friendly. The grounds are well-kept and for those who prefer to stay in a motel-like setting -- especially for families - this is a perfect spot. I felt safe and comfortable.

The property was fine and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the around midnight some people arrived right above us and they were extremely loud until around 2 am.

Beautiful hotel, great location and amazing breakfast! Close to historic location. Walkable to places if able but close enough just to drive! Friendly staff, clean rooms! Will stay again!

This place is a hidden gem! Prices are very reasonable. Staff and service is top notch for a small hotel. Walkable from the waterfront if you are able. If not, use the Circuit App for transportation from Cordage Park to the south end of Water Street. We will be back!!

This is our second stay there (once during COVID) and it was very good. The room was spacious and clean - but like most motels/hotels in the area, a bit musty. Sheets and bed VERY comfortable and the room had a fridge and microwave! Free fabulous breakfast too and an outdoor pool. We will go back a bit later this summer.

The room was dated and at first glance didn't look fresh and clean. But it was fine! We were there 3 nights. It was quiet. Loved the porch with rocking chairs. Pool was nice. Breakfast surprisingly good. Staff was friendly.

Who runs this place?
Arrived early 1:30. Check in was at 3. No one at desk to greet guest. Called house phone. Nothing. Took 20 mins to find manager. Was fine with room not being ready, but needed a bathroom to change for a function. Was told to go to top of property, a 3 min walk from desk. Got to the bathroom, nneded a key. Walked back to front desk only tonhave to look for another 10 min for manager again. Bathroom in lobby broken. Got the key, walked back up to pool, only to have key not work. Back down to hunt for the manager. She came up and unlocked the door. Bathroom only had enother toliet paper for one person, luckily i had tissues in my purse, there were two of us. We returned, around 7 pm to check in. Not many cars at hotel, we got the room directly on the road. Very noisey. Room smelled like mildew, room service knocked on door at 8:30 am sunday to start cleaning, we were sleeping, check out is at 11. Many random people walking around, was told later they have people living in the hotel year round. For $360, i would find someplace else.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the location, the cleanliness, the staff, and appreciate the washer and dryer. They have some large rooms that accommodate our family of 6 and the price is very reasonable. We will be back!
