"Hotel was undergoing renovations. Our room was recently renovated and was very clean. Staff was very professional and helpful."

"Property and room was clean. Customer service was good. Breakfast was decent (grits, chicken sausage, egg white frittas, waffles, cereal, bread (toaster didn’t work), juice, water). We were in an accessible room. The strip that holds the water in needs repairing or something higher to keep the water from spilling out all over the bathroom even though there were drains but that’s a safety hazard. The ice machine on the 1st floor was out of service ( the main floor should definitely work if...

"We liked that we weren’t far from eating and shopping establishments, but the hotel was more private. Not in a busy area. Staff was helpful! Breakfast was good! "

"I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. "
