"This was our first time renting a home in Dallas. I needed to contact the owner a few times to obtain the security code. Upon arrival, we noticed that there were basic essentials missing - like a coffee maker, kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toaster, etc. The kitchen table and counters were not cleaned upon arrival.
