Lauren at the reception was efficient and friendly. Although we booked last minute hotel managed to give adjacent rooms and even better was 1 of the rooms was wheelchair accessible which was very helpful as my son is a wheelchair user. Great pool and sauna

I stay in the village hotels on numerous occasions, and normally find them fine. I did try and get my room serviced on 3 occasions, but it was never done even though the card was on the door, I did get an apology from the help site. It also seems that they've stopped their premium sky tv services in the rooms, I did enjoy watching the F1 or Golf channel but they and others are no longer showing.
