The comfortable, warm room on a freezing January night was most welcome, as were the open log fires in the bar/restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating and the food was to a very good standard. Room was comfortable and clean with a super comfy bed. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The pub was busy when we arrived and seemed very popular, if you fancy food or a drink it all looked great. Really nice accommodation (had a few minor wear and tear issues) and good breakfast every day. Would happily stay again.
