The original home has been improved and expanded inside and out with a salt water pool, outdoor shower and beautiful gardens. The living/dining area with fireplace, original wood floors and french doors to pation are the pivotal point on the main floor that also features a large den plus a chef's kitchen with double dishwashers, double refrigerator, icemaker and efficient layout. The main floor also has the master bedroom ensuite bath with a private outdoor shower plus two guest bedrooms that share a bath. The lower level features a small sitting room, two additional ensuite bedrooms - one with a private garden area, a large laundry room and a home gym with an elliptical machine and weights. Outside enjoy the salt water pool with a seating ledge, outdoor mahogany deck room for dining and seating, full bar , rose covered pergola patio, seating area and more dining. Responsive, welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. The house is stellar. Cozy but spacious, beautifully furnished, and the garden, patio, pool area are just divine. The highlight of the house is the kitchen- if you love to cook, you will LOVE this kitchen which is fully stocked and has a massive fridge and stove plus two dishwashers.
