A very friendly and customized service. Maria called in to ask for the arrival time. The house was build in the Victorian times and has a special flair. The interior and furniture are lovely and you feel like being at home. The bed and bedclothes are great. In the morning the neighing of horses are walking you up and the wonderful cared gardens invite for a walk. The breakfast is massive and fresh made at your wishes. I was struck by the high quality finish and cleanliness of the property and gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful house set in gorgeous landscaped gardens. The place looks fresh and is decorated to a high standard, with excellent facilities. Guest have use of a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, games room and lounge. I stayed in a one of four studio apartments which are located in the grounds. It had everything I could have wished for - and more! With two televisions I was spoilt for choice and there was even a washing machine and ironing board, had I needed them. This B&B is ideal for anyone attending Warsash Academy or with business nearby.
