Our serviced apartments can accommodate 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and with one bathroom and spacious living area. Ideal for business travelers, corporate guests, holiday getaways, family and group tours and vacations, tourists, travelers, remote workers, and even contractors looking for a place to stay in Southampton Hampshire UK. This serviced apartment offers self-catered accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen to cater to your needs, a flat-screen smart TV with Sky, and complete WiFi services. This excellent apartment is centrally located within minutes of many restaurants, bars, and shops. In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen. This is a fully serviced apartment in a great location. We offer weekly cleaning and fresh towels and linen for longer stays. In addition to the main beds, we have sofa beds available for additional sleeping. Located in Southampton, Hampshire, this serviced apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the multi-story car park is certainly a big bonus. Entry to the properties is through self-check-in via a lockbox, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone while you're out and about enjoying yourself. Our modern apartment is only minutes away from the top-rated attractions such as Medieval City Walls, Tudor House, and The Medieval Merchant's House. Guests can also enjoy their visits to Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World. Other things to note Access is by an internal lift; however, there are an approx. Six steps once inside the building – be aware of any mobility issues. House Manual is provided in the apartment with details of local attractions and amenities, WiFi code, how to use the shower, etc. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card. IMPORTANT Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. To access the lobby, use the keypad at the main front entrance and input the given code. From there, take the lift up to the third floor. You'll spot the front door key for Apartment 19 in the key box near the entrance, along with the code provided. Once you have the key and opened the front door, please close the box, scramble the numbers and close the flap. Please keep hold of the key for the duration of your stay.
