Recently renovated, Four Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, and a finished basement with ample room for all are located in the heart of the Village on a half-acre parcel. This house offers top-notch amenities and is the perfect vacation home for friends or families seeking to get away from it all. Located in the heart of Southampton while also being biking distance to the beach, this Village property has it all. Living room with flat screen tv open to the kitchen. All designer appliances in the kitchen (6 burner Wolff stove, subzero refrigerator), with an island. The kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with Calphalon cookware and a Weber grill on the deck outside. Bonus Den with flat screen tv and extra seating. One bathroom and three bedrooms on the main floor, including a king-size bed, a queen bed, and bunk beds with a trundle (sleeps 4) There is also a bedroom (full-sized bed) and bathroom on the basement level and a futon bed in the living area of the basement. The basement also has additional couches and a television and adds additional space for your guests. Brand new 20x40 heated saltwater gunite pool, newly landscaped yard with room for games and lawn activities. Bluestone patio around the pool and a wood deck for dining. Restoration Hardware outdoor table with chairs and lounge chairs and couch. Outdoor speakers add to your enjoyment! The garage has six bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, a paddle board and other much needed summer items. We also have a brand new Fire Pit area for guests to relax and warm up for those brisk nights. The house sits on more than 1/2 acre of property. four car driveway can fit six if needed. Convenient location to all amenities, including train station (.5 miles), town (.6 miles), (1.5 miles) old Town Beach, and Cooper's Beach (3.0 miles). Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount: Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal. Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use April through October. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that the additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of gas during cooler weather. Cleanings during a guest's stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking. Great Hosts! We really had a wonderful time at this home. It’s a perfect mix of heading into the village, going to the beach and just staying around the house and lounging by the pool. Clean and well-equipped and perfect for a family of five! We cooked and had everything we needed and the location is close to everything. They did a really nice job restoring this home to perfection! Most importantly, the service was wonderful and the hosts not only helped us with the recommendations for places to eat and where to go but they also took my call in the evening to figure out a hot water issue I was having and solved it right away. Couldn't say more about the week my wife, small dog and I had at this house. It was extremely clean with all of the amenities we could have asked for - including the big backyard, which our dog loved - and the owners were extremely communicative. My girlfriend and I and our dog stayed here for the weekend as a getaway from NYC. The owners are very communicative. Highly recommend it, we will be back! ##### Dylan C. Walking distance to Southampton village, and just a short car ride to the beach or to numerous wineries and farms, this house was in the best location in Southampton. ##### Shaun R.
