"The apartment was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Plenty of sheets and blankets. If you had to twist my arm I would love if there was a TV in the master bedroom. I will definitely use Chevaughn again on any property he hosts!"

"Ground floor apartment with street parking that was always available. Didn't have to use the parking garage or even go into the complex. We went in and exited through the sliding glass door just a few steps from the street."

"This was fine for a 2 day stay. There was confusion checking in due to multiple conflicting ways of communication ( texts, through the website, emails) that was corrected by contacting the manager. The elevator was out of order causing delays in getting in & out . The bedding was old but otherwise this was fine"

"Communication was great mostly until I asked for a creídos because the unit didn’t have a/c. Even after maintenance came it still didn’t have a/c. Luckily it wasn’t super hot weather and we opened window but there was no cross ventilation. And the birds began at 3 AM!! The unit thermostat was 78 degrees most of the time. We were unable to change it. After requesting some money back we never got a response from the hosts. The unit was clean but not completely ready for guests. We had to look for...
