Very helpful staff. Clean and well looked after rooms. Good breakfast. Disappointing smell from the laundry areas on the main walk from room to reception.

This hotel is excellent. Very clean, great room with everything you need in it, great breakfast which is freshly cooked to order, helpful staff, adequate parking facilities for the guests.

What a delightful Hotel! Excellent staff, excellent room and a fantastic ‘cooked to order’ breakfast. This is our second stay at this Hotel and it certainly won’t be our last! Well done to all the staff at Halifax Hall.

An unexpected gem right in the heart of Sheffield! A perfect location…. Some lovely welcoming touches…..stayed in the newly-appointed suite! Tastefully decorated. Love that fresh milk, biscuits & tea cakes were a plenty at the “re-stocking” stations on every floor! Will definitely be back!

Parking was appalling. There were cars parked all along the road leading to the front door of the hotel making it impossible to drive up to the hoyel when another car was coming down the road.

Breakfast needs a mention as it was fabulous. Plenty of choice, well cooked presented food served by wonderful staff.The rooms although small are contemporary, clean and well proportioned. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and polite it was such a refreshing change.
