Freshly renovated in 2021, this Cape Cod cottage has a spacious yard located in a quiet neighborhood nearby all South Yarmouth has to offer. The two bedroom cottage is a quick walk to several beaches and nearby many restaurants, shopping and family activities. Parker’s River Beach is the closest (0.5 miles). The cottage underwent a full renovation, including new windows, doors, bathroom, kitchen, flooring, furniture and landscaping in 2021. New mattresses in 2024. Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, single cup coffee maker, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Stackable washer/dryer located in cottage. ***NOTE: Linens and towels are not provided but there are linen services in the area. Each bed has a light quilt (as pictured) and pillows provided.

The perfect place

This is the perfect place to stay! The cottage is very clean and comfortable. The beach is a short walk away and there is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect South Yarmouth location!!

We enjoyed our stay in August 2024! House was very clean and convenient to nearby beaches and major roads,so we were able to travel to different parts of Cape without problems. Beds are comfortable and there are many grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby as house is two minutes by car from route 28.

Quiet neighborhood, walk to beach. Home was well maintained, clean and as listed. The backyard/patio was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening star gazing.

Great Location

We loved our stay. Cottage was perfect to getting to the numerous beaches nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings playing wiggle ball on the side of the house or games in the back. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful week on the Cape

The cottage is adorable and a short walk to the beach down the road. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our week! Had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved being a short drive to stores, restaurants, and many beaches. Host Meghan was easy to communicate with. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Perfect Cape Cod Get Away

My family of five was impressed with this adorable cottage! We had an amazing time exploring the -in walking distance- beaches. The cottage was cozy, clean and updated which made our stay very enjoyable. The outside shower was a great bonus especially with kids! Cottage was near great dinning, mini golf and shopping. Meghan was a fantastic host!

Perfect vacation home for small families!

The home was clean with a nice layout. Property was in a great quiet neighborhood and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. My only negative about the home was that the beds were not very comfortable, especially for those with back and neck issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely house, close to the beach

Property was clean and is located in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to Parker River beach which was great, kids loved it. Lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of grocery stores. Visited with my family and the host was very responsive. My only complaint is the beds are very very uncomfortable and after a week’s stay my back wasn’t very pleased.

Super cute!

Perfectly remodeled house, just as description and photos described. Our family of 5 (all adults/young adults) had a great stay. Cottage is small, but worked very well for us and was immaculate when we arrived. Less than 1/2 mile walk to nearest beach and restaurant. The outdoor shower was a bonus! Meghan was very helpful and super easy to work with.

Cute Cottage With Beach Very Close By

We had a great week in this cottage. Everything was as shown in the photos. The place was very clean. We enjoyed using the grill out back. The beach is a short, 10 minute walk away. I will point out the ceiling is really low in the cottage. My husband is 6’4” and his hair was brushing the ceiling in a couple of places!

Cute House Close To The Beach

Cute, recently updated, home in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Great location. Close to mid Cape restaurants and activities. Having AC and washer/dryer a big plus. The hot water and water pressure were the best I’ve experienced in a Cape rental being a renter for many years. As others have mentioned, the beds were uncomfortable. That would be my only negative about the house.
