This inviting ground-floor unit is perfectly positioned just 150m from Horseshoe Bay and the town centre. The bright and airy living area is air-conditioned for comfort, while the private balcony with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ is ideal for relaxing or entertaining.  
  
The main bedroom features an ensuite and walk-in robe, and the fully equipped laundry includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The complex boasts a refreshing pool, and each unit has its own lock-up garage.  
  
Park the car and enjoy the ultimate convenience of being within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, the local pub, and pristine beaches.  
  
Please Note: 'Jubilee Apartment 4' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.  
  
As linen is not supplied in this holiday letting, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
