"We did not use the pool and did not do the breakfast buffet. Our room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. They had great suggestions for things to do. We had late lunch in the restaurant and it was very good. Used the coffee bar in the lobby for breakfast. LOVED the rooftop bar. Celebrated my birthday there on January 5., 2026\. They brought me a birthday cake/candle and sang happy birthday to me. We had Mudslides every night., Bar staff were fantastic. Convenient hotel close to airport and cruise terminal. "

"Location, location, location Fabulous hotel right I the middle of the city. Next door to Raffles and at one end of Orchard Road. There is a massive Mall (Raffles City) opposite where you can buy anything that you may need. It’s within five minutes of the underground system and less than a fifteen minute stroll to all the major attractions. The hotel Itself is very clean and modern with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. Leah even recommended a curry house in the suburbs was was wonderful. He made sure to chat with us whenever he saw us and made us feel Even more welcomed. We will stay at the Carlton if we’re ever back in Singapore. Why stay anywhere else when it has everything you need. "
