Quiet Getaway
From the pictures in the ad we thought it a bit more secluded, but it was still a beautiful and quiet location. We enjoyed watching deer cross the field, and in spite of the rain soaking the patio swing (Negating the enjoyment of the pond)the front porch was comfortable and quiet

I’m sorry it rained during your stay with us. This is a guesthouse which means it is located on the same property that the main residence is. We pride ourselves in offering a 5 star property for many to enjoy.

Great Personal "Retreat"
I was able to use this location as a personal "hideout" of sorts while staying in the area for a week. The hosts were very personable and communicated frequently, even through some rough personal circumstances on their part. I felt welcome to reach out with any needs and the space was adequate for all my needs. I enjoyed my stay and could easily see myself using this location in the future!

This is the place to stay!!
This is the cutest , most comfortable place I’ve stayed in while traveling. The neighborhood was very well kept and I felt safe staying there. The bed and pillows were all comfortable, and everything was clean. Wi-Fi worked well and there were many streaming apps installed on TV. So many extra things you’d never expect , to make your stay more comfortable . I had a family emergency during my stay, and Brandon and Brittany were beyond accommodating and helpful during a stressful situation. You won’t be disappointed with this one!

Rustic and Adorable Oasis
I booked this while traveling work servicing the Rock Hill School District. The place looked exactly like the listing. The hosts where very extremely accommodating and went above and beyond. I slept like a baby so quiet and peaceful. The weather was beautiful so really got to enjoy the outdoor porch and the swing with relaxing sound of the Koi pond fountain. I will be back if work brings me back to the area.

Perfect Pit Stop
This was our first stop on our three generation road trip (Grammy, Mommy, 4yr old). This house is so cute and even though the square footage is small, the layout makes excellent use of the space. We felt very cozy and safe ❤️

Small little place, perfect for single person or small family.
The place is nice. Perfect for a single person or small family of 3. There are only gas heaters so it was a bit chilly for me but once I turned them up it was comfortable. It had everything you would need for a couple day stay. The owners were friendly, they greeted me upon arrival and responded quickly to questions I had. I would stay here again.

Nice little place!
Enjoyed our stay for a 2 night getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Just be sure you have your steaming passwords for the Roku. We couldn’t access without it, so had limited free Roku options. WiFi was slow, too.

I’m sorry the Roku wasn’t sufficient for you. It has over 300 free streaming channels without the need of a password. The internet shouldn’t have been slow at all but if it was I wish you would have contacted me that way I could have fixed the issue. Thanks for staying!

Very clean very small house
Clean and owners very accessible. Fixed an issue immediately. Extremely small kitchen, making it difficult to prepare a meal. Would suggest supplying toaster, can opener, small casserole dish and cutting board. Nice for short get away.

The property is very maintained and clean,and the host were very helpful and very kind. They checked in on us to make sure we had what was needed for our stay. My wife and i are already planning our next trip to the area and we will most definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
Spotlessly clean, comfortable tiny cottage nestled in luxuriously quiet hills. Well-appointed home was exactly as described. Quiet, but still close enough to easily make a run for groceries or visit nearby attractions. Great for visitors or a local who needs a spot to retreat to. WiFi worked well. Bonus points for gorgeous patio space.

The Guesthouse was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay in while we toured The Welsh Byway. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. My husband especially liked the recliner and I enjoyed the peaceful area. We have bookmarked it for another time. Thank you to Brandon, who replied to enquiries promptly.

Brandon has a very cute cabin on his property. Nice room for 2 of us and can accommodate more but would be a bit cramped. He was very responsive to our texts and questions (great hiking suggestion for Lake Katherine Brandon! )Also very accommodating when increment weather snowed us in and allowed us another night stay. Quiet neighborhood, great place to unwind and chill.

Cute guest house but not enough privacy
This property had a very cute guest house right by the owners home. It was very clean and nicely put together. The owner was very nice and responded quickly. The only reason why I gave it a 3 on the location is because as a guest house I would have thought the building would have sat back from the house but it’s literally 10 feet away from their home. The guest house had no blinds due to previous renters saying it made the guest house to dark, which gave us no privacy at all. We only stayed 1 night instead of the 3 we paid for since we were not happy with the location. This would be perfect for hunters or fisherman but not for a weekend getaway with your spouse.

Me and a couple buddies took a trip to Ohio. I had easy communication with the manager. They are very nice people. The place was very clean and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend. I will be staying here again.

Cozy and Quiet!
A very simple little cabin with little touches to make our stay very cozy. We drove up to Hocking Hill for a hike and coming back to the gas fireplace was so relaxing! A short drive to Kentucky as well, so we were excited to see another new state during our trip :)
