Designed for one-floor living, multiple generations can enjoy this waterfront cottage which is just 100 feet from a working-front fishing wharf, the open Atlantic Ocean and numerous protective islands. Ocean Watch enjoys the exclusivity of being located on Spruce Head Island while also benefits from close proximity to the mainland, accessible by bridge/causeway. Nature is kind enough to provide cool breezes on the island in the summer. The house is very well-designed. The living room, the kitchen, and the dining area are all one open contiguous space, allowing everyone in these spaces to be together. The house also is new construction. It is heated through the floor and very comfortable in the winter. Great view over the water from the living room. Very clean.
